why cant ntl ever do anything right?...

ok not have 10mb long but it was perfect for about 1 day...

as from then i've been recieving no more then 2mb. download... this takes the **** so bad, free upgrade my **** thats because they dont want people to be on the guarenteed 4mb.

ages aqgo they offered us a trail off the 10mb ( which is now 20mb ) and it was less then 2mb i was recieveing which is why i staid on 4mb...


now we've had this free upgrade...

any ideas on what i can do????

Test 4: 2048K took 7438 ms = 275.3 KB/sec, approx 2268 Kbps, 2.21 Mbps

Overall Average Speed = approx 2352 Kbps, 2.29 Mbps

Test 2: 1024K took 12328 ms = 83.1 KB/sec, approx 685 Kbps, 0.67 Mbps
Test 3: 1024K took 11985 ms = 85.4 KB/sec, approx 704 Kbps, 0.69 Mbps
Test 4: 2048K took 30047 ms = 68.2 KB/sec, approx 562 Kbps, 0.55 Mbps

Overall Average Speed = approx 644 Kbps, 0.63 Mbps

I doubt that ntl will ever be able to do anything to fix your problem. Virgin Media might though

so they change there name to try hide there **** reputation for stability.. we al no its NTL.. lol

and what could Virgin Media do? other then blame my software..


oh and btw i've tested with a direct cable from modem to computer, and i still get same speeds.

i have the a new one its 255 or somethin, i've only recently been upgraded with couple of weeks..
