It's been saying Stafford and Coventry for February update since the list came out, but as yet there's been no sign of any change here ( Stafford).I wouldn't hold your breath.
Incidentally, I have seen some posts from Preston, complaining it's gone tits-up since the upgrade.And before I get a warning again for language, that's what it said in the Preston posting.
I have to say that after reading them I'm a bit aprehensive about the coming upgrade. At present I'm getting the speed I pay for and am pleased to again be getting it.The three months when I didn't were most frustrating.

Stafford's been upgraded mate! Reboot your modem.

I've just done a speed test, and got these results so I'm happy: -

Downstream: 11,382 Kbps
Upstream: 422 Kbps

getting similar speeds now too in Coventry.

i agree and when i spoke to Head office back about 2 weeks ago he said that they have no intentions of scrapping the entry level 2mb, he didnt even mention it being upgraded to 4mb.

Shut everything down and tried another speedtest. ahhhhhh! that's better - feels like I'm getting my moneys worth now :-)

Just tried mine,no change. still 3.7Mbps.Different cable, or you're dreaming.
