Sebastiane - 1/10
It's basically really bad 70s gay soft-core porn. One or two moments though - nearly dropped my cuppa when an erection bobbed into view. Not entirely certain that you can show such things on television, even if it is a Channel 4 offshoot.

National Treasure: Book of Secrets 9/10
Full of action, and humour. Really good plot and great charactor interaction.

Funnily enough, National Treasure: We'd really like a franchise (ie the first one).
Missed this at the flix and dvd release - borrowed off a mate. What a load of sub-Indy kak. 2D characters, silly plot. Roll on Crystal Skull.

Rambo gore, I mean four. It's totally awsome! Blood n guts, beheadings and rape, exploding bodies, kids being killed infront of your very eyes!! Torture and disembowelment! Lovely lovely lovely.
The movie is just 93 minutes long but has 236 killings. That is 2.59 every 60 seconds.
THIS IS WHAT THE PEOPLE WANT!!!!!!!!!

re: Rate the last movie you saw
Has anyone seen Rambo or any other film in the Vue Cinema in Leicester Square. Is the Premier screen any good? Its the only cinema showing Rambo in Leicester Square (I was hoping it to be showing in the Empire) so just wondering what that partcular cinema is like.

Cloverfield - finally!
7/10 - the effects are awesome especially from when they're in the helicopter looking down at the creature. What spoiled it for me was that there was no attempt at an explanation for what is was, where it came from or why it was doing what it did, which kind of made the whole film pointless.

Apparently it is sort of explained, but only if you read up on all the viral advertising, ARG rubbish etc.

That's all just rumours though - we don;t know anything for certain, although a sequel is in the making.

AvP2.
8 out of 10 generally, 0 out of 10 for what happens in the hospital. I'm not going to spoil it but those who've seen it will understand.

re: Rate the last movie you saw
Flood
Clichéd-cheese/10
A massive storm causes a huge surge of water to FLOOD THE THAMES BARRIER, AND WIPE OUT LONDON! [the East & South East is also wasted, but who cares, as they are NOT LONDON!).
Only Robert Carlyle's Mockney-Marine-Engineer / all-round hero can save the day, along with his Canadian-wife-you're-sure-you've-seen-somewhere-else, plus his mad old Professor Dad.
Also starring...
Joanne Whalley as the Metropolitan Police Commissioner
The-bloke-who-played-Poirot as The Deputy Prime Minister
Nigel Planer as The Man From The Met Office Who Gets It Horribly Wrong
