Sky Offer - 1 month sport movies free?

Hi

Sky have sent me a letter offering 1 month upgrade to sports and movies at no cost. It says that after 1 month i can call them and cancel....

Anyone had any experience of doing this - i'm up for free sports and films but only if there is no cancellation fuss after the 1 month...

yeah if it was free for a month then taken off I'd be happy, not worth the bother getting on and then having to chase them up...

we always take up their offers, with no cancellation hassles ever.

but if you dont mind me asking, how much were they going to charge you if you decided to keep sports and movies?

as we were paying £38 for the family pack with movies or sports (i alternated depending on the footy season )

then they called me offering me the family pack, sports and movies for only £33 per month for life

of course i snapped their hand off for it

How'd you manage that, and what's in the "family pack?" we're paying ~£45/pm
