Go HERE!!!
Do a search for your local BT enchange to see what companies (other than BT) have equipment installed there-in.....
Unfrotunately for me,my local exchange is BT only atm

Doesn't stop you using the long list of providers that provide a service over the BT equipment!

Regarding BT exchanges, you should look at some ADSL providers which offer their services usually over a BT line.

Actually they only list ISPs who they have a commission deal with

Which includes all the major ISPs, and they are a good indicator of who (if anyone) has unbundled your exchange.
