I use 1280x720 on my 32inch tv when not zoomed, that's really huge lol

1680x1050 on my setup for linux. dont find that reso great though, not enough space.
Currently using 2560x1600 on my dell though.

Myself and my lad have 1440x900 displays while the others are all 1024x768.
Not even with all those desktops???

I always forget to close apps so i have them spread over the desktops, but i forget they are open, and im getting rather lazy/messy with icons atm
Never been able to get linux to do native reso on the dell monitor though.

1280x1024 since about 3years ago for me. Except very recently, i've been using a small LCD tv that only handles 1024x768 as my PC is still sat in England atm...

No reason why this shouldn't be achievable, it might mean some manual tweaking of the xorg.conf file however

Tried, it works, kind of, puts me in a little box area on top left part of the screen, rest of screen is black and i cannot click anything.
Always been like that.
