Ordering A New Modem
I'm going to order a new modem on virginmedia.com but i've given up looking for the link. Does anyone know where it is?

Services: Bugger all now apart from 8meg ADSL and only 2 meg at best!!!!
I want my 20meg cable back!

Not sure why you need a ne one, but you may find an adsl one in the VM onlien shop.
VM online shop can be found here :-

Or e-mail tech support if your modem isn't upto the BB speeds you need, and they should order you a new one. I had to and even though it was a two week wait for a reply, it came 24 hours after I recieved their e-mail.

VirginMedia do NOT sell Cable/ADSL modems. Period.
If your Cable/ADSL modem, has 'broke' contact Customer Services!

Why not? It was put up after further testing was carried out on the Ambit modems which identified issues with the 100's and 120's at 20Mbps but not the 200's. Other users on here seem to be fine with the 200 at 20Mbps.

My 200 refused to work at 20, only 16.
Virgin changed it for a 255.
Still I guess they could well have sorted out the problem by now.

or like i stated in my post you can contact tech support like i did either e-mail or telephone.

Those modems are for use via the telephone socket only.
