Disappearing email!

I wonder if any one can tell me what the problem is with my NTLworld email account is.

Older emails disappear from my inbox, I have tried moving some to seperate folders but they still seem to disappear.

At the moment there is a total of only 666k of mail.

I have tried Virgin media but no one can help me, is there a limit to what I can hold in the account? what do I do to keep emails that I need?

I have tried linking in outlook express but even with the help of Virgin tech it would not work.

Any help greatfully received.

Migrate your email usage to gmail.
I have no idea what the current problem is with your ntlworld account, but it is likely to be just the latest issue in what seems to be the never ending saga of problems that regularly beset the said service.
If you dislike using a web interface it is a simple matter to have gmail forward your mails to your client of choice, there is even a pop feature to explore. Unlike some other webmail services there is no charge to use these features.
