This reminds me of the plot of Total Recall ( http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0100802/).
Funnily enough, yesterday I saw a woman carrying a small baby on her chest, with the baby facing forward, and the woman's coat buttoned up so that only the baby's head was showing. I almost asked her if the baby's name was Kuato.
