has anyone had problems logging into thier telewest email account, all I get is a dns error?? there is a ticket opened for a prob on the 15th but still cannot access?? thanks

they will not answer my emails about this problem, does anyone know what to do about it please? its now been unaccessable for about 2 months and i need this email account.

do you access it using POP or webmail? (assuming ex telewest has webmail??) ??
