Hi Thanks to all your good advice regarding email remote access. What I should have said is that I know nothing of the technical aspects of this. You say leave the emails on the server. I have no idea even how to start to do this. Do I do it from Windows Outlook or is there somewhere else to go? You seem to indicate that there is a choice to do this but I can't see where. Also if they are on the server how will I be able to see them and still leave them on the server for remote access? I find it all very confusing!!!
Hope I'm not being too much of a nuisance.
Thanks
