Re: cost for a non working email
I'm afraid we need more info to give out help.
Do you get any error messages?
Can you access you email from a browser on the Virgin Homepage?
What Email Client are you using? etc.

I'm getting a similar problem with my blueyonder account, maybe there is a problem them all over. Message states incorrect username/password. Although my virgin mail account is fine

Re: cost for a non working email
I know this sounds stupid but log onto your email account through the home page. When I have had the same problem I,ve done this and the problem seems to go away

Re: cost for a non working email
and as a TEST have you tried logging into webmail? no one is suggesting you use it for all your email purposes, its a test to determine whether it is your account at fault or an issue with outlook

Re: cost for a non working email
Yes, you can still download them to your PC if you have accessed them via webmail.

Re: cost for a non working email
When you say your password isn't working, do you mean:-
a) you got it wrong?
b) it had been changed?
c) there was a problem with the webmail?
