world of warcraft HELP! website problems!

hey. for over a week now i have been unable to get on the website
www.wow-europe.com
or
www.worldofwarcraft.com

whenevr i try to connect it jus says cannot connect to server. the servers are definately up according to other friends of mine. I have tried switchin to Firw fox but still nothing and the site does not work on the other 2 computers in my house. HELP Without being able to get on the site i cannot play the game. I have searched on the internet and have found alot of other people on 10mb ntl broadband like me are havin he same problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thinking of ringing NTL later so if you cold give me some details that wud also be appreciated!

Works fine for me pops up really quici and loads nice i dont get the error page can not be displayed have you tryed cleaning all cookies and all other temp files maybe something in the browser is blocking the site pop up blocker add blocker firewall? spyware thingy? parental controls to stop you useing the site? turn off all the protection and see if it works then?

thanks for help so far. not workin on any of my comps. rang up customer services which is gunna cost 25p per minute after 1st july :O and put me thru to india. Jesus i cudnt understand a word she said. but apparently she can get on the website and if it was indeed ntls fault i wud not be able to get on the internet at all. PFF need help i have deleted cookies and interne files but still no luck. :/

If you're in an ex-ntl area you could try manually configuring a proxy server in a different part of the country and seeing if that helps. There's a list here: http://homepage.ntlworld.com/tech.online/proxies.txt

im guessin those might work in the long run but ive found u can get onn acount page with www.ninjaproxy.com
