Anybody downloaded Vista from the Windows Marketplace?
Thinking of downloading Vista Home Premium $159 and wondered if there were any issues i should know about.

Also will this install over the top of XP64bit as i can find no info on the Windows site.

Re: Download Vista?

Dunno ive never bought one on its own. The theory is you do but ive never followed it through. Buy it off ebuyer or aria and buy a 80 gig hdd with the os and with the 10 quid off if you use google checkout it will still be cheaper

Bear in mind that with ebay, you have no real way of knowing if you are buying a geniune copy, so you may get problems installing it, activating it (which must be done within the first 30 days) and getting updates/support for it.
