BB Suspended by VM in error?
Can anyone tell me how this could happen?
On Tuesday evening I could not access the internet - rebooted modem & pc etc. etc., no joy. Weds morning tried again, no joy - Weds eveing rebooted etc. etc. went on BB Medic and tech said service was suspended for non payment!!!!!
Called this mornign & indeed my BB had been suspended for non payment!!!
I pay by DD - all is up to date, and there are no arrears! CS apologised and said it was the wrong account that had been suspended - they guy I spoke to was helpful and they are giving me a refund, but how could they make such a mistake?
Is it that easy to just switch off someones services??? Surely there are procedures they have to follow to check before disconnecting???
