Checked today on this site and the Ben Cheetham site. No proxies. So at last they've been turned off down here today. No more having to fiddle with changing proxies every so often. Great.

I find that sometimes my connection is far better if i put myself onto a proxy, although i don't do this often.

Nice  no proxy here (im in stevenage). I can download from rapidshare without using another proxy now but rapidshare is for noobs anyway.

I never noticed that when i used to change proxies.But then again changing over was usually done on rare cases.

You don't need to go to any external site, if you read the thread you will see that you simply click on the "Connection" link on the forum navbar (top of every page). A facility that's been here almost 2 years ....
