pixelation

im starting to get fed up with the pixelation on the screen. Occassionally the picture will go blurry for a couple of seconds, without affecting the sound, is this a nation wide problem?

I'm in Southampton and I've been getting that for the past six weeks.

Notice it most on the sports channels.

Re: pixelation

Depends.

I've had that problem for years with multiple STBs. Multiple engineers have been informed but never been able to fix it. I've just resigned myself that its the best that NTL and VM can do.

Is the problem worse when the screen is busy with action?

sometimes the problem can be cuased by poor signal strength.

Re: pixelation

Yup, been doing it for several weeks here (Ipswich). Can't be when the screen is busy was doing it loads this morning while watching Soccer AM.

Poor picture, no sky one, no sky sports news and now Prem plus seems to screw up everytime. I'm not seeing many positives for staying with VM.

Not sure about everyone else but my picture problems only seem to be with the sky sports channels.

Whenever I've watched anything else I simply do not have the same problem.

All other channels are good to very good.
