Ok, so on Saturday i called VM to see if they would upgrade me to the XL tv package if i complained about the sky channels. They just upgraded my phone package...Anyway, i ordered the XL package and was told the usual, wait a few hours. So i waited until today, still nothing. Continually resetting the box and trying to update it. No joy, so i called them today about 3:30 and the guy went through all the checks and tried resetting the channels or something. So he told me to wait a few hours.
I called back about 8pm and they went through more checks and then decided to send out an engineer on Wednesday. Will i be getting a new (Hopefully Better) box? Is there anything the engineer can do apart from replace the box? All the L package channels are there but none of the XL. I'm using the pace box atm, and as far as i've been reading it seems crap, and it is slow as hell. Hoping they gimme a Samsung...
