My Billing Spat

Well, I have my Previous Bill and my Current bill in hand right now.

The first one, which looks normal, looks like this:

Line rental £11
320 Base TV 1 MB Saving -£9.49
Talk Mobile £1.50
Fully Itemised Billing £1
Movies4,5,Sports1,3 £23.50
TV XL £9.75
Sports2,3
BroadBand M £18

Tallying £55.26

Now:

Line Rental £11
320 Base TV 1 MB Saving -£9.49
Talk Mobile £1.50
Itemised Billing £1
Movies4,5,Sports1,3 £18 (Reduced?)
TV XL £9.75
Sports2,3
BroadBand M £18
V+ Box £20 (Next Month, This Month)
-----------------------------------
I TV XL £15 (What the hell is this? I'm being double charged?)

Then I have a further 'Partial Months Service' of £26.50! what for?

I had V+ installed, Multiroom. That should be £5 for multiroom, but I have been told it was free due to having BB, and it being £75 to take the old box away.

All in all, I have been overcharged £41.50! Ouch!

This is great Merger isn't it! lol

Still, I will complain when I get cut off, not any sooner.

But what is the I TV XL? Interactive TV? I had loads of problems from since I had V+ installed with Interactive. Hopefully, that will result in a Discount for Loss of Service of Interactive, Sky Movies 9, constant reboots instructed by Virgin, and constant calling up in 2 weeks, plus 70-odd minutes on hold one day! lol

In total, it should be the £55.26 from January, it should be £10 for V+ (but I have to pay for 2 months, at £20 so that's OK.)

I am sure I TV XL is the Multiroom, so that should be free. (-£15)

And the partial Month? I've had the same services for the past month, so the whole £26.50 needs removing also.

I got a call this morning from them saying I must call them but I will when I get cut off.

Re: My Billing Spat

Not sure on what Sky Movies packages you are on?
There is Sky Movies 1 (5 )Channels = 1,3,5,7 & 9 which is £13.50 per month with XL TV pack, and Sky Movies 2 (4 Channels = 2,4,6 & 8) also at £13.50 per month. Alternatively Sky Sports & Movies Collection (Includes sky movies 1-9, Sky Sports 1 & 2 plus 4 Disney channels, Sky cinema 1 & 2, Sky Sports 3 bonus channels and Sky Sports Xtra which is an additional service) at £23.50 per month

List what services you have and which channels you have and it will be easier to check out.

You might find it easier to go on to a package price and pay the difference between M and XL television for example.
