Anyone got a number to cancel?
I moving from Virgin to sky for my TV, works out the same price for all the channels I want. But I am keeping my BB.
So I take it I do not need any notice to remove these services? If they give me grief then they will loose the BB as well.
Anyone got a number to cancel?

Re: Anyone got a number to cancel?
Well out a bit of respect at the current situation, the least they can do is cancel without notice. Right or Wrong they did not give me notice of sky-one being dropped did they.
So unless they wont to make out they don’t care about there customers I suggest they help them. I’ll still be a VM customer with BB.

Would it not have been easier just going to http://www.virginmedia.com and clicking on the "contact us" link???
Maybe you would like us to ring them for you?

Re: Anyone got a number to cancel?
Thirty days notice, so I’m not totally over the moon, Decided to put in my notice for the TV and Phone and keep the BB till I look into getting BT.
I’ve been with Virgin (formally NTL) for over fifteen years for the prat saying I’m slating them, and been quite happy with it despite its faults. I love these guy who think it’s a personal attack on them, when they have nothing to with the company.
The reason I asked was because I’m behind a government system that for some reason blocks the Virgin site but lets me on here!
used the 150 one when i got in!
