i had a customer use that one the other day. she said she had given a 20 when cashed up the till was correct, so she comes out with, the customer is always right so give me my tenner!
as a general rule, the customer is always wrong, but you have to make them think they are right

Re: Who's the Man at Virgin/ntl?
Interesting link
I especially liked this one -
" Using the slogan “The customer is always right” abusive customers can demand just about anything - they’re right by definition, aren’t they? This makes the employees’ job that much harder, when trying to rein them in.
Also, it means that abusive people get better treatment and conditions than nice people. That always seemed wrong to me, and it makes much more sense to be nice to the nice customers to keep them coming back."

Gordon Bennett, I only asked for the geezer's name!
As it happens, I got a letter the other day from Steve Stewart, Managing Director, Customer Care, Virgin media, so thanks NTLVictim for that (or should you be renaming yourself VirginVictim?)
I'll post if I ever get a response from Mr.Stewart.... (breath not held).
Allen.

If you are talking about a Basic Rate or ISDN2 line then I believe it is no longer a product sold by ntl:Business. My mind goes awol sometimes so I could be wrong.

If you have a problem then post it here, not link to some site of your own, that can be considered spamming.
