2 STB's price problem

Hi all,

Could someone tell me how much per month your supposed to pay for an extra stb please ??

Just before the prices changes we were paying £15 per month as we've got a sammy box and a pace box. Now on the new prices we're unsure if we're supposed to pay £5 or £9, but my understanding we're supposed to pay £9 per month for the extra box. Trouble is we're still paying £15 even though the new prices have come into effect.

Cheers

Re: 2 STB's price problem

Someone will no doubt correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the new charges of £9.50 for an additional box ( if you have no V+ Box) and £5 for an additional box (with a V+ Box) are for new customers/contracts.

So if you change to a V+box then it costs you £10 for the V+ (assuming XL TV pack) and £5 for the additional STB, which is the same as you are paying now - means that the V+ is essentially "free"

Re: 2 STB's price problem

Hello all,

Does anyone remember how much it cost for a TV Drive with one extra box on the supreme TV package when it first came out last year? I was paying £20+£15 minus £10 multibox discount. I have found out it should be £10+£15-£10. Has it changed or was it always the same?

Thanks

highroyds, I'm in same position as you. Perhaps CS will match current price for loyal customers.
