I have been with this service provider for many years (since C&W ran the Dump a dish campaign in Stockport) and have no complaints about the service or the way I have been treated.

I can honestly say that in all this time I have had less than 10 issues with the services, and these issues were sorted out in less than 24 hours, apart from when the local thugs

wrecked the green box completly and Stockport Coucil paving contractors severed my supply cable(they thought a roll of sellotape would fix it)

. Some problems are beyond the providers control.
I have the phone, broadband L ,TV XL £55. and for the foreseeable future will remain as a loyal customer, may ring VM to see if I can get a loyalty discount, rather like a noclaims bonus but there again should I also expect a loyalty discount from my energy suppliers.
