I ordered my £85 vip package on friday from the website, im allready a customer and they said they would get back to me by email within 72 hours...all ive had from is we will be in touch. The installation dates chosen were this weds or nxt tuesday.

I phoned customer services on Saturday morning to change my current package to VIP. Very helpful CS in Sheffield confirmed that the install will take place on 6.3.2007. 8 days and counting.
