no series recording
Guys
Sorry - but im a newbie to this TVDrive lark, but i have followed the guides and set up a number of shows to record as a series (press yellow button)
These all worked fine, but when i tried to do this today with a number of shows (shameless, for example) the yellow "record series" button is not showing. This goes for any show that i know for a fact is a series, but the yellow button wont show up in the tv guide. I have enough harddrive space (65 hours) so that cant be it.
Is this a fault, or is anyone else experiencing it. I tried the usual reboot, and plug out scenarios, but no joy.
Any thoughts

Thank Christ - I thought it was just me.
I wanted to set up Supernatural as a series link last night and it wouldn't let me. Even after a reset and hard reboot, I can't set up series recording for ANY series from the EPG.
Help? Anyone?

I have exactly the same problem on my Telewest TVDrive all series links seem to have disappeared from the EPG

I doubt we'll see a stable EPG until full transition to Virgin Media. I certainly wouldn't rely on the 'series link' function at the moment.

So this is more than just a Blackstreet problem. Thank god for that, as i didnt relish having to call up NTL and try to explain this to those call centre monkeys. I will wait a couple of days, and if this doesnt resolve itself, i will bite the bullet and ring them up (no doubt the advice will be to reboot, and then ultimately send me a new box)

I have the same problem in Notts.I rang faults last night who said it had been disabled pending the Virgin code drop and should be complete within the next 48 hours.
We shall see!

Just had the Virgin update here in Swindon and the series link button is back.
