Might be worth you reading the folder that says "important stuff" - Section F tells you about billing, payments, and charges.

Mustn't confuse "propaganda" and "marketing"

"Instead of impartially providing information, propaganda is often deliberately misleading, using logical fallacies, which, while sometimes convincing, are not necessarily valid. Propaganda techniques include: patriotic flag-waving, glittering generalities, intentional vagueness, oversimplification of complex issues, rationalization, introducing unrelated red herring issues, using appealing, simple slogans, stereotyping, testimonials from authority figures or celebrities, unstated assumptions, and encouraging readers or viewers to "jump on the bandwagon" of a particular point of view."

Marketing isn't much better, but strictly speaking, it's not propaganda

The letter states that they are "bringing ntl,Telewest, Virgin.net and Virgin Mobile together to form a brand new entertainment company". I would assume that from all this statement everything will get consolidated and similar or competeing products with different price structures will change.
