It's a quick Photoshop stitch up and the contrast between snow and sky was very difficult to manage, but you get the idea. OK, so the snow line is at about 400 metres (the top of that hill is about 650m) but hey, winter's not far off after all. 
  
The bizarre thing is, thanks to that global warming thingy, our mild autumn has seen to it that all the shrubs and most of the trees (all except the silver birches, which you can see looking naked and a bit purple in the middle distance) are only just dropping their leaves.

now you have made everybody jealous of that view post a picture of the other direction.......... bet it's a motorway       
looks like you have enough space there for a cable forum camp

			Snow is alright but I'm one of the few people who can get to work, no matter what. So when everyone else is tucked up in bed, supposedly snowed in, I'm working like a madman to compensate for being short-staffed    |
