I have had builders in to replace my front wall and forecourt. However, in doing so the NTL cable has been moved slightly and does not now go round round the edge of the forecourt to the point where it enters the house. Instead it now goes straight across the forecourt and looks very ugly.
To solve the problem, I need to have the cable extended by about 1 foot. How can I do this, or do I have to get NTL out to do it, if so how much will they charge?
Services: Sky TV, VM TV, 20meg bb, tel, and a lobster (but the lobster died).

I have a similar problem - some bricks need laying in the front, on top of the cable. I would rather move the cable a metre to the left to avoid this. I sent an email to NTL and they said the charge for the work would be £25, telephone when you need the work done.
