Anyone use NewsDemon ?

Hi

I'm considering using them, As I can only pay using PayPal.

I'm using Shemes at mo but its getting expensive.

Are there any others that are good and Paypal friendly.

dunno about any others, found alot only took pp on long deals eg 6 or 12 months (any specific reason u need to use pp, with newsdemon u can use most debit cards including visa electron cards). but i use newsdemon and had no probs with them, and £8ish pound for 50 gigs is fair and they also supply copy of newsrover aswell if u want to use it (don't have to, but for newbies it's fairly easy to set up).

I dont have credit cards anymore. Paid them off after 4 yrs of debt, never again.

Plus I dont like giving card details out.

I see your on 10mb like me. do you get full speed all the time on newsdemon?.

most of the time i get 900Kb/s - 1100Kb/s although it has been as high as 1200Kb/s. but last day or so its been down to 600ish (might be down to my new build pc and missed something on config i dunno but it works ), i can only use 3 of the servers for some reason east/west/europe but its all stable and realitively fast.

Do NOT go with newsdemon if you want to pay by PayPal, they recently moved all customers who use paypal to differnet servers (http://www.newsdemon.com/ppgroups.php) and from what I have heard the paypal servers are VERY bad The main server (for worldpay and credit card customers) however is pretty good (well, when I tried it a few months ago)

NewsHosting did do paypal a while back but I think they have stopped it (it was never listed on the newshosting site though) but email them and see if they are doing it again now

Also for those who dont know NewsDemon is a reseller of newshosting, just do a trace on news.newsdemon.com (type tracert news.newsdemon.com in command prompt) and you should eventually get to a server with the name newshosting in it

Get a solo card from natwest they take on new customers with bad credit and the solo card only uses cash in your account
