new problem

since i ordered no one has phoned me to confirm things.. it said this would happen within 48 hours.. and i ordered over a week ago?

Will things still be ok and it will be installed on the day i said?

The only company that has rung me back when they said they would is Natwest (well I always ring my customers, but I can't ring myself back).
