Question Channels

How does one ask NTL to serve a channel (in one's own area) that they currently don't? My feeling is that asking them to note a request on the phone is fast way to fill the call centre waste baskets.

Specifically, I'm thinking of arts channels like Arte TV which screens in France and Germany.

They're 'free-to-air' on Hotbird at 13 deg east on 11060 MHz vertical

Re: Channels

Oh good grief. I had no idea satellite TV was so lipsmackingly comprehensive. Cable can't really compete, can it?! Thank you.
