In the past, if the electric went out, (I HAVE A KEY METER)! THE CFT2100 WOULD COME BACK WITH CHANNELS MIXED UP, BUT WOULD EVENTUALLY RIGHT ITSELF, THIS TIME IT HAS BEEN BACK ON FOR 24 HOURS AND HAS NOT RIGHTED ITSELF, ANY IDEAS ANYONE?
What is on the front panel display? Because depending on what is showing on the display could indicate that the box is knackered or not.
If it starts up as normal but no channels are showing - this may require you to contact customers services as they may need to send a signal (hit) to the box to re-activate all the channels.
Presumably you have tried rebooting the STB yourself (switch off at plug for 30 seconds)? Many electronic appliances are sensitive to the power spikes that can occur when an entire house's supply is cut.
