Can anyone help with phone re-connection?

Basically my phone got cut off in error on Tuesday afternoon. I spent several hours on hold to faults and finally got through at 8:02pm to be told "nothing we can do about it, CS is closed call them tomorrow".

I called CS Wednesday around 1pm, I got a "sorry our mistake" and "You will be re-connected within a maximum of 24 hours", so 27 hours later and still no phone - I call again, this time I get "sorry, no action has been taken" and "the person who re-connects phones has gone home for the day" and the best bit "your phone should be re-connected within 48 hours".

Is there anyone who works in this area (Lincoln) can help me and press the button to re-connect my line?

Re: Can anyone help with phone re-connection?

I am into my second week of not having email due to an involuntary disconnect. I have just managed to get my address back after a balls aching run around but I am still waiting for my old folders and current mail to be restored. Someone out there in NTHelland cut me off but no one can just turn me back on - this is my first real issue with them;Customer Service what a joke. I am still waiting for a return call from their techy line (Stephan by the way) 6 hours on. Not even a courteousy call

Well it took 7 Days and getting a manager in retentions involved to get the phone back on. I now get 2 months free line rental - if billing works!
