Re: kronas needs a woman !
what do you do from day to day? doo you have a job?
Seriously a job/college course that has a future will help as you will begin to look into a goood future. Also it will give you a chance to make friends and talk to people everyday.

I'd suggest trying to sort yourself out first before even thinking about the opposite sex because the cure for whatever the f*ck is wrong with you is NOT a woman.

oh i beg to differ, atleast i would have someone to share my true feelings, it may in the end make me a better person, possibly provide a distraction providing a turning point in my life, where i can think/do/attempt to be assertive relaxed and create a diffarent bond with someone, its an idea, as i said in my blog, i have always wanted a proper relationship, maybe inactive parts of my life haunt me...

You are 18. Be careful that you dont look back on this time and wish you had done something. Why cant you work?
But the sitituation is not that bad, you are young you can still get a good education, good social life and such its a case of looking for it

Do you honestly think that women purposefully set out to seek men with the amount of emotional baggage that you're carting around? Dream on! The onus is not on a potential partner to "sort you out" only you can do that and it would appear that seeking advice on these forums regarding your persistant problems hasn't got you any further forward, so perhaps we can be spared it in future?

How do you know you'll be different, have you prior experience of this in a succesful relationship? I like my partner to be themselves, not base our relationship on some kind of front they're putting on.

it not a front, i feel i can be myself in a relationship, as i can care for someone, be more relaxed then worry for no apparent reason, share things, experiances, do things, i feel i can bring some form of normality in, i feel its something that may encourage em to release myself from a depressed and unimpressive mental display.

Re: kronas needs a woman !
Kronas, until you've had real experience of relationships you cannot possibly comment on these things.
"real experience" can be defined as meeting someone, the pain of breaking up etc.

true, i can only imagine, but i would rather put things in to practice, so i would rather start somewhere, then be nowhere.

Why can you "be yourself" in a relationship but not now? How does being in a relationship make you worry less? Someone as obviously insecure as yourself, will probably worry more, "will she dump me?", "does she really find me attractive?", "is she sleeping with someone else?". Why does it have to be a "partner" you share things with, are you incapable of making and keeping good friends?

It seems like you're looking for a relationship to cure your depression, women are not attracted to people like that (I'm willing to stand corrected of course, not by you though, but by a woman), and yes, you're right, your "mental display" is certainly becoming most unimpressive (and not just to me)

That is very true.
A woman looks for confidence in a man, a sense of humour is also good.

No he's not.
I think Bifta would know what he's talking about seeing as he's married (AFAIK?).
A woman is looking for a man and a man is strong, not just physically but mentally also - woman need someone to support them and not somebody who will burst into tears at every opportunity.
Sorry if I come across as being blunt but that's the way it is.
