New NTL Home homepage
A question, why can't I log into the new site?
It doesn't even recognise my email address.

Re: New NTL Home homepage
I've tried it from home now and still can't get in. Not that its a site I visit often you understand, but it would be nice if it worked.

Only new people who sign up have a user/pass. It's not something existing customer have a username for

Re: New NTL Home homepage
It is the second one. As it clearly says on the page "Existing Users".
Try asking for your password to be sent. I bet it doesn't recognise your email address.

Re: New NTL Home homepage
and last week, when ntl were testing the new My NTLhome channel, they said to upgrade your services go to the log in part of the ntl.com/home website.
maybe it'll work when the My ntlhome channel launches fully.

No use if you want to upgrade your TV services online instead of going through CS.
And that site no longer exists it redirects to home.ntl.com. So either way it appears you are screwed if you are an existing user and thanks to NTL for informing everyone about the new site.

Re: New NTL Home homepage
I think it may be part of the " www.myntlhome.com" portal which has been on trial by Celtic (N.Ireland/Wales/Scotland) customers for the past few months, perhaps a full rollout coming soon.
I've been using myntlhome.com and it's great, can change your packages, change your details, check your bill etc. online.
Package changes however just get sent to CS for processing, but only took 12 hours or so when I added a package to my tv account, so is a great system in my opinion.
