Anyone else had any problems in Sunderland today?

Complete loss of connection for about 9 hours today. There was nothing on the server status phone line, my friend up the road had no probs, so I rang Cust Services.

There was only 1 light working on my modem, so they arranged an engineer to come out on Monday.

Low and behold, its just come back on!!!!

Anyone else notice problems to that extent. Im in SR4.
