liquid spill

juice got spilled on my ntl modem(silver) and now sync and rdy led's do not come on, whats the score with getting a replacement?

ring ntl and say your modem has stopped working and you can't understand why, please can they send you a replacement (its in their interest to do so) just clean it up as best you can

As I recall from other threads, these things only cost about £10 so the cheapest option would be for them to just send you a replacement.
