Sorry kronas!  No seriously, go with the concert. Unless your current PC is dying, it can be replaced anytime. Now you're working you'll be able to save up again, and there's always another PC bargain to be had. Go see Avril

Get the pc, you have just seen the young lady up close have you not.
Also at the concert there will be thousands of screaming kids drowning her out and you will most likely only see her through binoculars anyway.
As said before, it will be on TV and you will get to see and hear her properly.

Well do both.
If you can afford them now then why not.
Buy your ticket for party in the park now.
Your about to start a new job so in the build up to party in the park your bound to be pulling more earnings in than you currently are.
Party in the park is 6 weeks away so you should hopefully have 6 weeks of wages behind you by then.
Be careful over the next 6 weeks and you should have enough for both.
