Cheers guys, this thread (as pointless as it is) had cheered my afternoon up, I don't know whether to give Peachy a red or a green rep!

I'm with the nugster on this one - you can't beat Tesco's fried brekky.

I go to that one occasionally. Mainly when I've been in the big M&S next door. It's the biggest Tesco I've been in! I mainly go to the Tesco in Brooklands. In fact I'm off there now!!!

BTW, what the hell is a vegetarian breakfast? Surely it's got to be cornflakes?!?!

Err well pork or beef sausages probably wouldn't go down too well as a vegetarian offering, they normally have eggs, beans, toast/ fried bread as well.

funnily enough i did know that......charlie asked what was in it...and obviously it would be similar to that of the non-veg variety but consisting of veg sausages/quorn

Not always unfortunately, most places offer an egg with the breakfast but that isn't suitable to me as a vegetarian as I don't eat them. Some places have a strange idea of vegetarian substitutes Quorn is one substitute product but there are others that can be used depending on how much thought the restaurant puts into its menu.
Most offer a fish based dish as an alternative vegetarian meal, not all vegetarians eat fish so they are left with a limited choice.
By the way I know one place that thinks a vegetarian breakfast is Toast
