Re: [Merged] *All* 300k---->1Mb Discussion.

i got one question, im currently at 1 meg (due to that unreasonable upgrade, i dont even use my ntl email account, they could of atleast posted the opt-out letter) nvm anyway since i have 4pcs using the internet stimutanously i was thinking about 2meg 30gb service (since i havent got a bt phne line) whats the max transfer i can go above my limit on the 2meg service and 1meg service before i get *the* letter.

thanks

(sorz if it's off topic)

Re: [Merged] *All* 300k---->1Mb Discussion.

Just to confirm, I got the "unlimited, 512k" email too, sometime in the last few days.

I asked ntl for this some time back; it's absurd that someone who bust their 1Mb cap would be "punished" with a better service than the person who simply opted to stay at 300Kb.

I'm still running at 1Mb/sec, nominally; ntl say they'll "upgrade" me "before the end of December". Here's hoping they meet their targets as well as they usually do
