ntl digital photo printing service

Looking around the ntlworld site, I see that ntl are offering a digital photo printing service. However, as far as I can see, the only way to get the prices is to download the ordering software, which I don't wish to do at this stage. Does anyone know the prices for the various print sizes? Also, does anyone know what the quality of their prints is like?

Ok I'll rephrase my post. For standard, run of the mill, normal photos I use the above.

Stu
You had time to take photos

Re: ntl digital photo printing service

Bah! Expensive or what?

I work for a Asda store and am a superviser in their Photoshop. We have a machine that allows customers to put in their memory card (or scan a picture). It costs

6 x 4 = 15p per picture
5 x 7 = 20p per picture
6 x 9 = 25p per picture
10 x 8 = £2.28 per picture

...and theyre done within the hour!

Re: ntl digital photo printing service

I use www.photobox.co.uk & www.fotopic.net both offer a fast service plus web space to hold your pictures.

I've ordered prints from Photobox by noon and had delivery the next day. And fotopic give you up to 250 mb of picture storage plus your own "easy-to-use" webpage... have a look at mine own website to see what I mean - www.rogercruse.com

Thanks. But the prices; they must think we came up with the daisies! 29 - 49p for a 6x4" and 70 - 89p for a 7x5" - daylight robbery! The 2 firms I normally use, Bonusprint and Directfoto charge only 15p for a 6x4" and 20p for a 7x5". The only use I can think of for the Dick Turpin, sorry ntl, service is if you only want 1 or 2 prints, and that's assuming that there is no minimum order charge and the price includes p&p.
