You never have a fault a the weekend! --- Or so ntl believe.
Every time I have an issue with my line/stb it has to be friday night... no customer support for the weekend. I checked the site and went to fault page, guess what ! I can email them for them to get back monday or I can wait until monday and call them! Which will help me get my ssytem back this weekend?
Un-f***ing-believable! No support at the weekends. Gonna ask for 2 day credit and I'd better get it!
Does BT or Telewest leave to struggle at the weekend?

hi and to the site , i can only speak for teesside , but there is certainly c.s. available for at least part of saturday , and i believe up until recently there was cover on sundays as well , not that it will help you now , but there you go
