Microsoft OneCare Live

Anybody using Microsoft OneCare Live?

I'm trying to RDP to a PC on my local network. The OneCare Live firewall is blocking the connection - switching it off results in working connection.

I've added mstsc.exe / RDP to the firewall settings as accept in / outbound connections but it still won't work.

I've also explicitly set UDP 3389 as permited but stil no joy...any ideas?

Signed,

A bit stumped!!

Re: Microsoft OneCare Live

Onecare live seems to be very agressive in it's firewall settings. I have had to close and restart programs to get them through after giving permission. Does it get through if you turn the firewall off completely?

Yep - get's through instant I switch it off...think I've tried a restart after resetting it to "allow" as well...

Re: Microsoft OneCare Live

Report it as a bug? Only way it will be fixed before final release.
