[AdminEdit] This unbalances the network and makes ntl's job (which I agree they don't do particularly well) of Network Load Balancing impossible. The post has therefore been removed as it not helpful to the bigger picture. Keyser.

And before you know it all the best proxy servers will be over loaded and NTL will never get a chance to solve any cache problems as they will be over looked.
