Seem to have lost the channels since early evening, sound is there plus a snowy picture on all channels.
Customer Service says there are no network faults and the earliest an engineer can attend is Thursday as it could be a STB fault. It certainly looks like a network problem to me, probably a local amplifier card.
If anyone else has this problem in Acton please could you call CS so they fix it quicker.
