Question Problem Uninstalling Pageplus
I am having problems with Serif Pageplus 1.0 SE. Everytime i try to install it i get the following message on launching the program....
"Registration DLL appears to have been modified. please reinstall the program"

I have reinstalled the program but I get the same message when launching the program and the program wont work past the message.

I decided to contact Serif Tech Support and they wrote back to me...

"First, please un-install the software.

Please go to C:\Program Files\Common Files and rename the "Installshield" directory
to "Installshield.Old"

Please then re-install the software ensuring that you do NOT have any Anti Virus
programs running.

If you have any further queries, please let us know."
Now i have followed their instructions but theres no Serif Pageplus in Add/Remove Programs, It shows in Start > Programs but theres no Uninstall in there.

How do I remove Serif From my System?

Also, Is It Safe to Delete the Entire "Installsheild" Folder?
