Since the middle of the week I've been unable to browse consistently.... I'm in the Addlestone area (Surrey, about 10 miles from Guildford).. And thier DNS servers appear to be completely knackered, and I'm getting crazy packet loss and timeouts when attempting online games.

WTF is going on and when will it be fixed? It's ridiculous, I'm paying good money for this so called "service".

Do a quick forum search on how to switch proxies. Might give better results, you never know.

I've managed to blag a free cable modem upgrade as well, they're coming on tuesday (aka when it usually costs £50)
