Let me get this straight. Every year NTL mess up your tv and broadband. Every year you complain. Every year they do sod all about it. And every year you dont do anything about it. Its laughable

So do yourself a favour and look at the following links.

Look here and here and here

Then tell NTL what to do with there inability to fix the overheating cabs problem that has been there for years.

Could the customers not get together and arrange a fanning rota?

Re: NTL warm weather forecast

Hot weather was the reason that I dropped NTL DTV a couple of years ago. Every time it got hot my DTV used to freeze and stutter like mad. Engineer visits and box swaps never solved the problem except for the final box swap which was to a Sky digibox. This cured the problem and I have never had a recurrence. If you are suffering similar problems then do as I did and get a Sky digibox, you won't regret it especially if it is a Sky+ box.

who would be the 'guest appearance' - ooh can i have your autograph ?

- seriously a colleague of mine has 'discovered' recently, that her summer phone problems for the last 2 years are due to an overheating street cab, allegedly the fans are on order & also raising the box off the ground??
