call center not free anymore

yep, called the 0800 today, only to be told to use the 0845 number.. Not that im going to take the number down as I cant be bothered to call a number that makes them 100% on the call, unfair of course it is, but hey, they are greedy so-and-so's

SO whats the other way I can contact them, apart from via their useless webforms?.. Coz they dont even know what Email is by the sounds of things now!

grrr, just gets worse.
