ntl pass the parcel

I recently discovered how bad ntl's call length targets have affected quality, my query clearly would take a good few minutes to complete and it seems this results in me been passed between home movers and customer services departments.

This happened on 3 different occasions and the most recent was just before 5pm on wednesday with the girl in home movers saying 3 words to me and redirecting me back to CS clearly she wanted to go home as the guy after then said he couldnt redirect me back because they now closed.

The issue is my services are now cancelled when I told them to activate at my new address (phone/tv no broadband here).

Luckily for me the ntl line is live anyway so I can use for dialup but as a result of their incompetance I cancelled the direct debit for last bill so to make them try and contact me and have the BT line ordered earlier then planned, not sure of landlord be ok with it but I also got sky digi on order. Sky world first 3 months £10 nice offer .

Sky base with 2 mixes £15 same as what base would cost me on ntl since they make you take phone line but of course ntl analogue is far inferior so no comparison really.

Not sure who will get billed for my phone usage but I dont care now, ntl's loss
